How Do I Return The Articles Back?
Returns are easy and free of charge. You may return unused products within 14 days of purchase.
Returns - Step by Step
- Submit Return Details Online: In order to return an order, you must contact us first. Simply submit your return request here.
- Pack The Products: Simply put the articles, the original /copy of the invoice indicating the products you wish to return, and stick the return label on the package. It is important that the old shipping label is no longer visible. You can find the Return label in the original package we sent you for the order
- Post: Submit your parcel to any branch of the Swiss Post. provide the following address for returns: Recuddles, Chemin de Pacoty, 4B, Founex, 1297, Switzerland. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund
It can take up to 35 working days to process your return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will send you a confirmation email once we’ve refunded you. Any refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method used when placing the order
No, the returns are free of cost. You will be refunded the value of the product. Shipping cost if paid during purchase will not be refunded. Do note that by using the return label to send the products back to us you end up not paying for the shipping cost of returning article package.
